-Select the temperature setting using the +/- buttons.
-Hold down the "M" button for three seconds. The display will flash three times to confirm the temperature has been stored.
-Next time when you turn on the iron, press the "M" button once to recall the stored temperature setting. Otherwise, the iron will automatically heat up to the default temperature, 355°F.
