Quite frankly I’m surprised by the reviews! I have to believe it is how people are caring for the brush. I’ve had mine for over 4 years with minimal shedding. I wash weekly and give it a few shakes to fluff it back up. Most importantly, I make sure that the bristles dry face down. Water can damage the metal housing; this is true for brushes at any price point.
