Yes!!!   Obviously a good non-smudging mascara is key - I use Thrive because I refuse to tolerate flakes but even with that I would get a couple of flakes and minimal transfer to my eyelid.    Using this primer- my mascara is bullet proof.   My lashes look even longer and fuller and not one fake or smudge after using this.   It’s really tough to get off so get a good biphasic remover also.  This is the best primer I’ve ever used!!!!
