hi, with my experience with curl creams is that it's normally hydrating to help define your curls n to fight frizz, I have fine 2c-3c hair and when styling my hair I do the "bowl" method. I tend to add a small amount of leave-in just on the ends because they tend to be dryer/frizzy compared to the rest especially after adding mousse or gel.
