Is this for women or man. I just ordered the mini set of different perfumes and this is one of them. It says cologne so Idk why they would put a man's fragrance in a set of women's perfume.

Perfume vs. Cologne has nothing to do with whether it's for men or women, it refers to the concentration of oil & alcohol. Perfumes have a higher concentration of oil and therefore last longer. Colognes have a lower concentration of oil, so are a lighter scent and don't last as long. Scents geared towards men tend to be formulated as colognes simply because most men prefer a lighter scent.
