Should I apply this superberry dream oil before or after my usual moisturizer ?

Rule of thumb I was told is serum cannot penetrate through moisturizer. So you would want to put it on first. I first started using the product by mixing it with my moisturizer. I got this product as a sample and now I'm easily into my 4th year of using it.
