Is it all one premixed product in the bottle or is it 2 products that you mix when pumped out like the packaging implies? Mine has only pumped out of one side so I'm not sure if I'm not getting part of the treatment

After messing with the pump and pumping the side not working with my hand a few times, it started working on both sides. I did not notice a difference between using it when only one side worked vs using it out of both sides though and the stuff looks exactly the same out of either side. Regardless, it makes my hair soft and strong and I will be continuing to use it!
