Does this serum make your lips shiny?

This is a lip serum, not a lip balm or gloss. I’ve used it for years as part of my daily evening skincare routine. If I ever use it during the day, I pair it with the Dior Lip Maximizer for 3x the plump   shine, or under lipstick or a lipgloss. This is not a product to wear on its own, in my opinion. Like all lip serums, I use this to maintain the youthfulness and hydration of my lips, not for aesthetics. I personally love this with the Dior maximizer or another plumping lipgloss like Buxom.
