on the product page there's a How to use button, right under Details. click that. it'll expand with all the information about the product you'd need. it explains exactly how you use it. it says:  after conditioner leave on for 1 minute, or leave on overnight for additional strength and repair.

you spent more time writing the question out then you you did finding the answer directly under the pic of the product....and Sephora does this with Every product they sell. there's also resources called Google, YouTube, tiktok, and more....that will give you all the information you'd ever need and more..
