Is the formula the same as when it came out with mel and you just changed the packaging?

I’d say the formula has changed. I have an old bottle and the order of ingredients are different and some are either new or removed. They reformulate d their whole curl line. Very sad. They have gotten a lot of complaint emails about this so maybe they will change things back.
