Can this prevent wrinkles too (like vitamin c and retinol), or does this just cosmetically/temporarily plump the skin? I'm looking for an anti-aging hand cream.

I would guess it probably just temporarily plumps the skin. Anything that helps with moisture retention will help combat aging, however, this doesn’t have any actives that will do a lot in terms of anti aging. if you’re looking for a hand cream with a gentle retinol, I would go with the nécessaire one.
