The liquid congealed in my dropper after one use and I am no longer able to use the dropper and thus the product. Did anyone else have this issue? It also did not come sealed [box says do not use if seal is missing or broken]. Did others have a seal?

I got mine today and had the same problem. I soaked the dropper in hot/warm water and kept pressing the dropper and finally a little ball of product came out. Now it works.
