Does this feel like tower 28 lip oil because I like the formula but it runs out so fast, only lasts for a week, and I want a teensy bit more lasting power and a lil thicker and more product

This is a much nicer and higher quality than Tower 28.  I hated the cheap feeling and flavor of Tower 28 so much that I threw it away.  I have been using a sample of this one for about 6 months and I'm about to buy the full size.  It feels very nourishing.  I don't see much plumping though.  No weird flavor  scent or burning and it is not sticky or gloopy.  The color is very light.  I used to use Huda Silk Balm before they stopped making it and this is my best attempt to find a replacement.
