does this compare at all to the hourglass double ended brush (the bigger one)? which is better for all over powder and foundation? thanks!

This is smaller and it is more for precise blush application. . The hourglass foundation brush is one of my favorites for foundation and their double ended brush is also great for powder or bronzer.
