How well does this product dry down on the skin? I love the shades and subtle pigmentation, but I'm not a fan of dewy skin, especially if it's tacky like with Miracle Balm from JRB. Thoughts?

this doesnt dry down?? it says GLASSY balm. however, setting this with powder or using the powder formula of these shades is an alternative. the reason they are dewy is because of the moisturizing properties in the formula to plump and give a highlight effect to the face without needing to actually using something to highlight.
