Can.this be worn.over lipstick?

This is an eyeliner. It is safe for eye. It isn’t a lip liner so there might be ingredients that are not safe to consume. We end up eating some of the lip pry that we use on our lips. Eyeliner goes in the eye area. lip liners go on the lip. Makeup by Mario does make liners that can be used on the eyes and lip. You would have to learn how to sanitize the pencil before each use. I’d by two of them and keep them separate.
