How does this feel on the skin, does it soak in immediately or leaves skin sticky?

Hi, I always buy it, and I don't think that it feels sticky. It's literally like a cold gel, very refreshing, non greasy. The skin will absorve it and it has a light rose smell that is not old lady like, very subtle.
