This happened to me as well. I reached out to Sunday Riley and they said it could happen and there is nothing wrong with the product. I am not happy with that. It’s marketed as a gel cleanser and not an oils cleanser. Also, the oil does not cleanse like a true oil cleanser and left a very oily residue on my skin that would not rinse off. I threw my almost full bottle away. Very disappointed
