I started on Mounjaro in late July or early August for a recent typeII diagnosis. I've experienced rapid weight loss which is great but now most recently I'm also LOSING MY HAIR! Has anyone on GLP1 meds found this to help? I've also added biotin etc.

You're probably going to need to ensure you eat 50g protein 3x daily and get on supplements. The rapid weight loss causes nutrient deficiencies, particularly iron, B12, D and the way it affects digestion and food intake means you don't get enough protein. You basically need to eat like you had a gastric bypass to avoid the same effects of deficiencies and hairloss from lack of nutrients and protein. Anyone on glp1 should be given this info it's super annoying, I lost 25lbs of muscle.
