Which palette for blue eyes and red hair and fair skin with cool undertones?

Most people with blue eyes have other subtle pigments toward the center of the pupil. Pick up those colors. Depending upon the shade, deep blue eyes look good with pinky purples, champaign pinks and, subtle greens, light blues do the same, but colors are more subtle so as not to compete with the blue eye.
