This vs Laniege Milky Toner?

I’m using both; this isn’t really toner, more of a hydration treatment. Milky makes skin feel cleaner and more refreshed. This product has a thick consistency (making it hard to get out of the bottle.) I’d say it’s more “comforting” than “refreshing.” If you want toner I’d stick with Milky.
