Serum first. Always apply thinnest to thickest. As for eye cream, it really depends on your skin and needs. I’m about to be 50 and have dry skin, so I have to use eye creams over serums. I would suggest it if possible, but if you’re younger and not dry, then you can probably skip cream in the a.m. 😊
