Which styler is better between the curl cream or gel for low porosity 4a-4c hair in this Florida humidity and heat?

I have 3c - 4b hair and I prefer the gel over the cream for wash and go’s (for context I’m based in Dallas). The gel gives more curl definition and lasts longer for me than the cream
