How to properly apply this? I always have problem with dry skin and loose powder looking, I have tried with different moisturizer and cream, with without pad, and with without oil additives

I was like this before it feels cakey all the time then i started wearing my makeup on top of my skin care routine and make sure to us like hyaluronic at the end of my skin care then spray a water mist i use the avene let it dry then use a brush to apply my foundation for max coverage then at the end of the makeup spray on til dawn sunscreen. After that my make up is flawless all the time and stays all day
