If I double cleanse, is this the 1st step cleanser to dissolve makeup off (like an oil cleanser), where you need a 2nd face wash afterwards, or is this the 2nd step after using an oil cleanser? Does it remove makeup well?

This would be the 2nd step. It does remove makeup but personally I’d use this to actually cleanse my face after using a different cleanser.
