This question is for oily/hooded lid users: I always use a pencil first to draw my wing and tightline, then use liquid liner to make it smudge proof. Is this product smudge proof? how many hours would you give it before u saw smudges or flaking?

Hello! Great question! I have been using this eyeliner for several months and I?m happy to say that it doesn?t smudge for me..and I have oily eyelids, deep set eyes, and I sweat a lot. IT DOES NOT BUDGE! I truly believe that you can?t go wrong with this purchase!
