Does this work well under make up? More specifically, does it work under spf foundation?

I use this serum topped with spf, overtop of a milky toner with no issues. 1. cleanser 2. innsfree milkytoner 3. skinfix vitamin c 4. blume Sun burst mineral sunscreen. It seems to work really well for me anyways. I tried this skincare combo with makeup on the weekend (huda beauty primer and foundations) and it worked great.
