Can this be used on eyelids

Yeah, I use it over my entire eye area, a lot of times covering my eyelids just by way of dabbing the eye area. I guess I’m curious as to why you need it there though. I mean you certainly can, but if you are applying makeup afterwards, you’re probably going to want to use a primer there.
