I know this is a late response but I wouldn’t recommend this for your age range. Mainly because it does contain some exfoliants and ingredients that young skin doesn’t necessarily need/ tolerate. You can definitely try it but I would suggest other brands like byoma for your age range. I hope this helps a little :))
