Mine product keeps separating so the colour in the tube isn't consistent. Should I return? Or is there a way to mix it? Shaking does nothing.

I have the same issue. I've started storing it vertically instead of on it's side horizontally which has helped when I message it. I message the tube really well to get it mixed up before each use. This stuff was way too expensive for me to not use every drop!
