Often times the scalp will produce more oil when the skin's barrier isn't at the right pH or if it's damaged. Hyaluronic Acid works by increasing more water to the area so it's more hydrated. If your scalp is producing more oil because it is damaged or dried out from bleaching then this might work. If it's Seb. dermatitis or simply a genetic predisposition to oil, then I'm not sure.
