Yes.  It is emollient, so it's not a dry or gritty product.  You leave it on up to ten mins, it's a great every day exfoliant that doesn't burn after a few uses.  If you want the BEST exfoliant, try her intensive treatment (white tube), it's incredible!!  I've tried all of them, that one I hunt for sales so I'm never without.  That one you'll want to use every day, but only use once a week.  This one is good in between.  Try to get a sample of the intensive.  These 2 products are holy Grails, I use tretinon so I get dry & need to exfoliate.  Hope that helps!!
