Will this work the same if sprayed on hands and patted on one's face - similar to an essence? I'm afraid my eyes are too sensitive to apply as a spray. Thank you!

Hi!! I am a licensed aesthetician and skincare expert, and my personal and professional opinion is yes! You will still receive the skin healing ingredients by applying it like that. The only comments I would have to make are that by applying it directly from your hands to your face, you will most likely experience a slightly deeper tingling and warming effect that way, as opposed to if you were to just mist it over. Something about it touching the surface directly, skin-to-skin, will cause this sensation, giving the direct contact of the ingredients being introduced to the skin. So slight redness may be normal, so I would recommend just feeling it out by trying a little bit first hand and letting it sit for a couple minutes :)
