are these a "glow" or a "glitter" highlighter?

I definitely find it more on the glow side of things! It does have some shimmer, but I find that once it’s blended out a bit, the shimmer isn’t at all super noticeable or overpowering. Like when you open the case it looks more like it’s super shimmery than when it’s on your skin, if that makes sense? I don’t like highlighters with a lot of glitter, especially since I’m nearly 40, and I do really like this one!
