I'm trying to decide between this Infrared PEMF Mat and the Higherdose sauna blanket? I'm wanting to try one or the other at this time for body aches/pains from years of exercise/running AND for my daily anxiety. Does anyone recommend one over the other?

The sauna bag is amazing but the mat is quicker and mo sweaty mess.Anxiety stinks i have it also i use my sauna bag for it !
