Yes this is a true cowash!!! So intended for curly hair to use instead of shampoo & conditioner. The cowash idea is to use a cleansing conditioner that gets hair clean but doesn’t strip it of moisture. You would use by itself without a follow-up mask, that would defeat the purpose & weigh down the curl!
