I%20use%20to%20wear%20Kosas%20setting%20powder%20before%20this%20one!%20Kosas%20IMO%20is%20a%20harsh%20matte%20finish%20which%20did%20create%20some%20creasing.%20It%20wasn%E2%80%99t%20all%20that.%20THIS%20one%20is%20true%20soft%20matte%20natural%20finish%20and%20the%20color%20shades%20are%20better.%20Also,%20no%20hard%20pan%20unlike%20Kosas.%20I%20sticked%20to%20this%20one!!!%20%EF%BF%BC
