Suggested Usage:
-Use Pencil Sharpener (sold separately) before each application of Lip Liner for the most precise application.
-For a natural look, start lining lips at the Cupid’s bow, moving along the natural lip line toward the outer corners.
-Sketch in small sections for easy control.
-For bold dimension, apply more pressure starting from the outer corners, lining inward to the center of the lip.
-Concentrate color on the outer portions of the lip before filling in to create contour and fullness.
-Layer Mini Afterglow Lip Shine on top for a wash of color and high-shine effect.
