Yes, But I have found that it is a little bit difficult to achieve even coverage, top w floss ext and it looks more cohesive. . However, when it wears off, it will wear away from the middle out, very unflattering.The girl has a very dark defined lip liner, which I don’t think looks the best but is clean would have been better ombred . If u fill entire lips When liner wears away u will be stuck with heavy colour in outside and ZERO in middle and not in a clean way. Think about the small area of your lips that touch a straw that area will fade away. (I’m not saying sucking on a straw is what fades it. It just fades naturally. I’m just trying to give you an idea of how it will look.) I would top with a pigmented product and bring something w u to touch up. I was stunned when I got home and looked in the mirror to see that it looked like I had been wearing a thick “ lip liner” with no product in the centre of my lips!!
