Waterproof@OR water resistant??

I’ve been using this for quite a while. Wish it was waterproof. I would say water resistant. I wear a lot of cream around my eyes and it does not last whereas my 30 year-old children love it because it doesn’t wear off on them. They don’t wear as much cream around their eyesbecause they are young.
