Is this supposed to be a men's or women's fragrance?

The entire collection is genderless, some lean more masculine, some lean more feminine, and some are truly neutral; seems the scents change based on the wearer: for instance my female coworker uses mine, it maintains a femininity throughout the day, whereas for me, a male, it's a neutral fresh all day.
