I don't understand the disclaimer that the pigments have ingredients that are not approved for the eyes by the Fda and Melt cosmetics? Aren't these eyeshadows? What ingredients? Anyways genuinely curious I never used pigments before. Thank you.

Pressed pigments are technically not FDA approved for the eye area, as they can stain the skin. This is most common for vegan products with bright pink/red colours. This is fairly common with any bright pink/red colours you will see.

Personally, I use the pressed pigments around my eye area, with the understanding that they may stain. They're harmless otherwise.
