I want to love this product because of the way it looks on my skin but once I apply the product and set with power it separates and peels off. What am I doing wrong? I moisturize before applying

Not a pro by any means  but I'd recommend checking the ingredients of your moisturizer to see if it's compatible with this product. Since this is a water based product  it will break down if placed on top of an oil based product. Same rule applies to any other liquid cream products like concealer. Also give your moisturizer ample time to sink into your skin before moving to this step.
