Would this be a good option for hair type 3A/B with high porosity or would it be too heavy for my hair type?

I have 3c/4a high porosity hair and it did really well at moisturizing and defining my curls. It held the moisture in for days to the point that you may feel the product when you wash it out if you wash your hair weekly. While it says apply 3-4 days, I spritz with water to refresh and apply more that day if I need it. I think high porosity girlies will love this one but this might be too much for our low porosity sisters
