Depends on your eye color and skin tone. But going by your age alone, I would say Ablaze. It is a safe color and would work with any eye color or skin tone. And it is a beautiful soft color that would not show your age, if that makes sense. I am 60 and it  is the color I use. It just gives me a little boost of color that accentuates my eyes without making me look older. Actually makes my eyes look a little brighter and most people think I am at least 10 years younger than I actually am.
