anyone else leaves a blue tint after washing off your makeup? i thought it was odd. maybe i gotten a wrong batch?

I just ordered this and used it for the first time and also noticed a blue tint around my lips when I took it off, it caught me off guard because I know it’s not a lip stain but it’s definitely giving a lip stain lol. Could be a different batch?
