I%20have%20found%20that%20the%20pimentation%20is%20great.%20They%20do%20blend%20well.%20As%20for%20building%20the%20colour%2C%20it%20depends%20on%20the%20look%20you%20are%20going%20for.%20If%20you%20want%20soething%20a%20litle%20bit%20dramatic%20then%20add%20more%20colour!%20I%20really%20would%20recommend%20that%20you%20use%20a%20eyeshadow%20primer%2Fconcealer%20first%20just%20to%20ensure%20there%20is%20minimal%20fallout%2C%20that%20the%20eyeshadow%20lasts%20and%20that%20the%20colours%20stay%20true!
