I swim every day. Should I use this product after my swim every day to get rid of the possible chlorine buildup, or would that be too harsh on my hair?

It will be way too harsh. Only recommended 1-2x a week. There’s swimmers shampoo that would be better suited along with pre wetting your hair before getting in.
