Not safe. Huda has a history of using unsafe ingredients in her makeup including dyes that are not meant to be used on or near eyes. She had to settle in court and spent millions refunding money to customers. Which is why she now claims she’ll “never launch another eye pallet” besides that- the formula is trash. Gives Color Pop but overpriced. Such better options out there. Try Patrick Ta or Natasha Denona.
