Does it have a strong scent? Does the smell linger?

It has the usual US chemical sunscreen smell, but fades quickly after application.  I turn on the vent in my bathroom, hold my breath, spray it and then leave the room to breathe again. I’m crazy about wearing spf so I use this to set my regular daily spf and my tinted spf. I wouldn’t use this as a primary spf. The bonus is that it “sets” your spf and I swear it lasts longer! I used the regular one size waterproof non spf setting spray in Paris during the 107 heat wave this July over my daily water resSPF and it was fantastic. It was the only way my spf didn’t melt off my face. I would have used this one with spf, but they don’t sell the spf version in Europe. If they did I’d buy that one since I like European spf filters better. I’m torn if I’ll repurchase this spf version. Does it work yes. Does it set my spf, yes. Does it add another layer of spf protection, yes but I really hate the us spf filters. It sometimes makes my eyes burn. I might just use the regular one size to set my spf
